Firstly I would like to express my profound gratitude for your support and faith in the vision of YHWH for his people in this pivotal generation. I thank the Lord for blessing his Church with ministries and people hungry for Jesus like yourselves.
I would like to propose a closer working relationship in the new year to further strengthen the growth of the body of Christ in our individual areas and in the global church. We can do it as we work as one.
Under this vision, please permit me to suggest that your particular strengths will benefit from an increase in collaboration with resources beyond your base country. The Lord has made available the skill sets and global thinking required to equip, expand, energise and mobilize ability and vision in our Christian leaders - we just need to look a bit wider.
As you know, reinventing wheels wastes time and resources. Resources made available to one part of the body of Christ are actually YHWH's provision for ALL the body of Christ irrespective of the differentiating names we have tagged on them. In this way, each can devote themselves to excelling in their own specific talents for the benefit of the whole.
I would propose that a working relationship with institutes that share God's vision and believe in the Messiah Jesus, such as the Israeli Bible Center, will broaden the knowledge and insight of leaders - especially those whose courses are flexible. May I also recommend the Alpha course and the Bible Project as tools for expansion and spiritual growth (stature) in addition to what you already provide? For practical experience from gifted leaders, could I suggest the Healing Schools of various bible based ministries and the book Rhapsody of Realities? These resources are easy to access and they work.
While my personal Kingdom insight came directly from the Lord Jesus, it was refreshing to find Dr Tony Evans of the Urban Alternative with similar insight. Would you consider taking advantage of a closer working relationship with such ministries to improve race mindsets amongst God's people? Till we see ourselves from God's kingdom point of view, one group will always erroneously see themselves as superior to the other thus stunting growth.
In this direction, Dr Caroline Leaf is a well know neuroscientist and I find her approach of Possibility more godly than many in the establishment of total wholeness. My hope is that a Bible-based and scientific curriculum for psychological wellness can be created to add to our understanding so our abilities can be maximised. Likewise, though Terry Saville Foy might not be everyone's cup of tea, but she has a genuine heart for the half of YHWH's talent base that is often marginalised. I'm sure you will agree that the God-given dreams of women and girls need cheerleading. Unity groups are really worth the time as they are a good pool of encouragement, resources and information. These are my recommendations but they are not just that. I hope, however, that we will have more than conference speakers next year but instead, have concrete collaborations for a more permanent strengthening of the body of Christ.
Effectiveness increases when we are not diverting resources to replicate what already exists but instead, are maximising the use of our short time and diverse abilities. Also, a (necessary) Global team mindset means individuals are not unproductively introspective - aimed at establishing their own work, names or legacy, but are focused on promoting the body as a whole and Christ's legacy. This is where the grace for exponential growth lies. As is predicted:
"...The Lord made his life a ·penalty [sin] offering, but he will still see his ·descendants [offspring; seed] and ·live a long life [L extend his days]. ·He will complete the things the Lord wants him to do [L The pleasure/will/purpose of the Lord will prosper in his hands]. Isaiah 53:10b EXB
This means we, his spiritual seed, will prolong Jesus' 33 years to fully establish his ministry and legacy thus YHWH's goal will prosper in his hands through our hands.
As unifying organisations, our part in giving direction to God's people in this regard is invaluable: if all we have known is all we ever have, we will always get what we have always gotten. 'But in fact, God has placed the parts in the body, every one of them, just as he wanted them to be. If they were all one part, where would the body be?'
1 Corinthians 12:18 -19
This is not a request for mentorship but for collaboration in the coming year with people aimed at the same goal. I know God's will, direction and how to accomplish it and you have the access and manpower, together, we can expand Christ in our society. May I propose to you, your leadership team and the trustees that these collaborations will be most profitable?
I will be revamping the registered 3PLYCORD organisation, website and staff base by crowdfunding in the new year to enable me to be of more strategic benefit to you as Christ's Body. Kindly keep me in your prayers as I will do you.
